POMELO SWIZZLE
1 oz El Rey Reposado Tequila
1 oz Mezcal
½ oz Blanc Vermouth
½ oz Aperol
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Club Soda
Add all ingredients except club soda to a highball glass and then add pebble ice. Swizzle and then top with club soda. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
